Based in Copenhagen, Cindy manages the firm’s climate work globally, with a focus on strategic leadership, business development, and delivering high-impact solutions at the intersection of climate resilience and sustainable development.
Cindy brings a decade of experience advising governments, foundations, multilaterals, and NGOs across over 20 countries, primarily in Africa. Her work is grounded in a commitment to climate justice, inclusive development, and effective institutions. In her current role, Cindy shapes Dalberg’s climate strategy, ensures excellence in project delivery, and elevates the firm’s global brand and thought leadership in the Climate and Environment space.
Before taking on her current role, Cindy served as a Senior Project Manager and Deputy Head of Dalberg’s Conflict, Security and Humanitarian Assistance (CSHA) Practice. She holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) and has trained in strategic innovation, sustainability leadership, and positive psychology. Prior to Dalberg, she was a manager at Pegasys Strategy & Development and has authored multiple publications on environmental resilience, migration, and development financing.
