We worked with Blue Meridian Partners’ Place Matters team to design a bold new strategy to build and shift power in low-income BIPOC communities across the U.S. The resulting framework and strategy guided investments in people, economic, cultural, and political power, and served as a shared tool for place-based partners. This work supports a broader movement to center equity and lived experience in driving systemic change.
