We supported the design of plans to reposition the United Nations Development System (UNDS) to better support governments to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through a series of projects.

We conducted a comprehensive review of the structure and processes of the UNDP’s country office in Turkey and developed recommendations on a new structure and strategic focus for the office in a changing local environment.

We developed the first organizational strategy for the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency, with a focus on internal structure, talent development and retention, and a transition plan to become a fully Ethiopian team within five years as part of an ambitious growth plan.

Reviewing the African development bank’s decentralization roadmap
We completed a mid-term review of the African Development Bank’s Decentralization Roadmap to assess its progress and impact. We conducted in-person interviews, surveys of clients and staff in 39 countries, and quantitative analyses to assess the impact of changes on the institution’s work.

Developing the city of Dakar’s resilience strategy
As a strategy partner to 100 Resilient Cities – Pioneered by the Rockefeller Foundation, we helped the City of Dakar develop its resilience strategy, implementing an inclusive governance strategy to enable the city to better manage future shocks and on-going stresses.
