We partnered with ONE Neighborhood Builders to develop a five-year strategic plan to expand its role as a community quarterback and health equity zone backbone organization advancing health, housing, and economic justice in Rhode Island. The plan sets a clear course for deepening impact, from building affordable housing to launching neighborhood hubs that drive collective action. Our work aligned the organization’s vision with its next phase of growth as a model for place-based partnership.
