The EAT Stockholm Food Forum (ESFF) is a flagship global meeting that brings together scientists, policymakers, business leaders, and civil-society actors to accelerate food-system transformation for health, climate, and equity. Ahead of this year’s forum, Dalberg and Accenture are co-hosting a dedicated side session, “Unlocking the Impact of AI”, to spotlight how responsible artificial intelligence can drive healthier, more resilient food systems. These two companion briefing documents will help participants arrive primed for discussion, summarizing cutting-edge AI opportunities and the barriers to scaling them across nutrition, farmer advisory, plant and livestock breeding, and early-warning systems.
