Jacqui Hocking is the Global Director of Communications at Dalberg, where she leads global storytelling and strategic communications to elevate bold ideas, translate complex data into accessible insights, and unite diverse stakeholders toward systemic change.

Her career began on a UN Global Climate Expedition, sailing around the world to document grassroots climate solutions. Through this experience she realized that many of the answers to our world’s toughest problems already exist—they simply need the right visibility to scale. This insight sparked a lifelong commitment to leverage storytelling as a catalyst for change.  

Since then, she has partnered with governments, global institutions, family offices, and social enterprises, co-founding B Corp-certified ventures and driving strategic storytelling across sectors. Her work has spanned carbon offset projects in the Amazon Rainforest, cacao supply chains in Mexico, renewable energy initiatives across Africa, and circular economy solutions across Asia, always at the intersection of narrative and strategy. She believes deeply in the power of stories to shift mindsets, move capital, and accelerate action for systemic change.
