Morgan Wu is the founder of EarthLab. He has been providing strategic advisory services to a range of MNCs, state-own enterprises, governments, and organizations in China for over a decade.
Morgan has expertise in impact-driven growth strategy in China’s context as well as helping Chinese company to translate value along global supply chains. He also guides senior leaders on flameworking cross-national and cross-cultural topics in a culturally appropriate manner in China.
Prior to EarthLab, Morgan worked for McKinsey& Company and co-led Corporate Finance and Strategy practice in China. He also worked for Deutsche Bank investment banking in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Morgan holds a BA from University of California Berkeley.
