吴凡先生是EarthLab公司的创始合伙人，拥有十余年为中国各级政府、国有企业、民营企业及跨国公司提供咨询服务的经验。专长于中国情境下的影响力驱动型增长战略，以及协助中国企业实现全球供应链价值转化。他还擅长以中国视角指导高层管理者处理跨国和跨文化议题。
此前，吴凡先生曾就职于麦肯锡咨询公司，共同领导其中国区的企业财务与战略业务。他还曾任职于香港和新加坡的德意志银行投资银行部。
吴凡先生持有加州大学伯克利分校的社会学学士学位。
