Zac Shen is the co-founder at EarthLab, he has extensive experience in serving both public sector and private sector around China’s macroeconomics and sustainability topics.
Zac started his career at McKinsey & Company. Along his career, Zac participated in multiple public planning projects and various multinational organizations to understand and optimize strategies in China.
Zac has also worked at Tencent Group Strategy team, assisted multiple business units’ strategies, cross-BU project plannings and investment portfolio review.
Zac holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London.
